General questions
Q Do I need new windows if they are misted?
A Not necessarily. In most cases the uPVC frame is still useable and only the sealed glass unit needs replacing.
Q Can you replace just the glass?
A Yes. We specialise in replacing failed double-glazed units while keeping the existing uPVC frame.
Q Is replacing the glass cheaper than replacing the whole window?
A Yes. Replacing the glass unit is often significantly more cost-effective than replacing the entire window and frame.
Q What causes windows to mist up?
A Misting occurs when the seal around a double-glazed unit fails, allowing moisture to enter between the panes.
Q How long does the process take?
A Our typical turnaround is 7–10 days from measurement to fitting.
Q Do you offer free quotations?
A Yes. We provide free quotations and measurements.Service questions
